SAVANT
First and foremost, I want to thank you for taking the time to look into something that can help your students discover themselves through their passions. A massive portion of my own Neurodivergent childhood was teachers who took the time to help me feel like I belonged, and I would not be where I am today without them.
I’ve been doing a lot of introspection on my autism and how it’s shaped me, and I realized that so much of why I was able to be happy during my darkest childhood moments was the passion projects I made around my special interests. When I pursued them, I felt like what I was doing meant something and that I could carve out a place for myself to create value in the world.
In a moment where I felt that joy deep inside of me, I realized that I had to make something to help as many Neurodivergent people as possible discover the same thing.
I built the app I have to show you today so ND people with attention deficit differences could focus on completing a passion project, and finding the same level of joy I did all those years ago and carry with me to this day. With that, I thank you for being here and invite you to read on.
